Hello,
My HP Envy is broken. The hinge to open the screen is blocked and I cannot open the screen.
- My warranty is expired.
- I don't want to pay 25€ to pay to talk to a representative.
- Al Belgian service centres only do B2B services and have no information on the website.
Where can I bring/send my laptop to have it fixed

It might be useful to lubricate the other hinge as I suspect that caused the problem.
This discussion is about using a toothpick to lubricate a MacBook hinge.
Or just do a general search

That is the thing. I live in Belgium - both service centres in Belgium that support commercial laptops have no details (e.g., email/phone number). When I visit their website, they mention they only do B2B service.

I do not know what b2b is so I notified a moderator to help you.
