Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I need to get my hard disk replaced. The repair person needs my laptop's serial number. I gave him the serial number on my case, and the HP website doesn't recognize it. I gave the product number, and it doesn't recognize it, either. What do I do now?

If this is a warranty issue, you will need your proof of purchase. Is the serial number not recognized or is it showing as expired?
