Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My touchpad hasn't been working properly for about 2 weeks now. I found that by disabling and enabling worked. Then I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it worked. I also found a hack that by putting it into tablet mode and back into PC mode worked. Now I deleted the driver and upon restarting its not working. I'm not tech savvy but I did try to download the driver again which said it was unsupported so I don't know what to do anymore.
