Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My w and 2 keys are barely working. it keeps on just dying i am spam pressing them as i am writing this. i tried looking up help online but i can't even find how to open up my laptop to attempt to plug the keyboard out and in again to try and fix it.

i tried searching in case my keyboard drivers are old but nothing is showing please help i need these two keys to work again

You may drop something under those keys, please try to use a can of compressed air to blow that area.

thanks i dropped by a repair shop they checked and the two keys are pretty much physically dead. we also unscrewed the bottom. another repairman we gave the laptop to previously connected the keyboard cable wrong, it was bent and damaged. we will have to replace the whole keyboard
