My warranty had expired on Oct 2023. Now i want to extend my warranty but i am unable to do so. because it has been long time when warranty had expired.

You are correct.

The original warranty has been expired for too long.

You might have had a short time to purchase an extended Warranty Care Pack contract

- a couple of weeks?? A month??

Regardless, it is well past time now.

 

If you want "something",

If the service is available in your region,

and

If you are interested in a subscription or "one time" service package,

Then

Check whether the type of coverage you want is available :
