hallo,

My webcam is working perfectly fine but as described above the shuter is stuck after a offical repair of my display (it was repairt by HP because of the warranty)

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that the webcam kill switch is stuck and non-functional after HP repair, as we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
