What is purpose of care pack warranty when one of the service - "deliverables is n-csr battery replace" is not getting covered?

The N-CSR battery of my laptop has recently malfunctioned and is not able to store charge. 

I have a care pack warranty for 3 more months where one of deliverables is n-csr battery replace.

The escalation team is useless and not responding back correctly.

 I opened a case, and the support agent said the N-CSR Battery Replace in my warranty deliverables is not applicable to consumer laptops and said that I had to purchase a new battery.

So, I'm just assuming Hp is misleading customers with false warranty promises.

Well, I sure won't be making the mistake of purchasing Hp products again.

If anyone here can help that would be greatly appreciated.
