NEW 2018 HP OMEN 15 DC00XXTX SERIES DOES HAVE THUNDERBOLT-3 PORT WITH FUTURE eGPU ADD-ON?

Hi All professionals out there, 

I just want to know about the new HP OMEN 15 (DC0031Tx) model laptop. The config are below 

15" 60Hz IPS FHD screen, i7 - 8750H, GTX 1060-6GB, 256Pci SSD & 1 TB, 8GB DDR4. And almost i went to the billing counter to buy this laptop. Just checked online about the thunderbolt 3 doesn't have any support for external GPU in future. The sales executive also confirms it ( i've attached the photos of the conversation). I'm really confused about this logic. Is it thunderbolt 3 does have limitations for some laptops like this model or else it'll be a false statement by the sales person. Please give me some clarification about on

this. 

My questions are;

1. This laptop(HP Omen 15 - DC0031Tx) have real Thunderbolt 3 port?

2. If it's, can i connect my external GPU (Omen Shell Accelerator GA-001)  to this laptop?

Hi David, 

This details i already got it fromall over brochers. But my doubt like other HP spectre users around there, got problem while connecting the eGPU. Let's hope somebody already tried with their eGPU with this model laptop, then help to share the experience here.
