Hi good day!

anyone could help me about my problem ive got an old notebook laptop
PAVILION G6 1B60US SERIAL: 5CG1261MB7 PRODUCT: LW350UA#ABA AMD a4 3300m
I would like to update my bios but i cant find firmware update on my system device manager
my plans that to update my bios because i want to upgrade my processor to  A10 5750m or A8 4500m
with same socket Fs1 (Fs1r2)

Latest BIOS is F.49 rev. A from 2013

Manually select Windows 8 as the OS otherwise it will not show you drivers if you are using Windows 10 to browse to it. 

 

A8-3520M is listed as the top processor. I see nothing in the release notes that indicate support for additional processors. The later gen A10 or A8 may work. I seem to recall someone reporting success with an A10-4xxx series.

if im going to success my upgrade so there's another new compatibility for that such of CPU fs1 or added into the list AMD A10 5*** for hp pav. g6 1b60us these update is a big help for me for thank you sur huffer ☺️
