I have an hp spectre touchscree running windows 10
...i am getting the non-hp battery warning and i havent changed batteries....prior to getting that warning i started and occassionally continue to get the kernal security stop code blue screen error....any advice would be much appreciated

(1) Download and install
Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver | 2102.100.0.1044 Rev.G | 17.3 MB | Sep 1, 2021 | Download |
Please < calibrate > your battery ... |
(2) Open windows <device manager> and uninstall "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery"
- Right click on "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery"
- Click "Uninstall device"
- Confirm your choice if you see a popup notification
(3) Shutdown notebook
(4) Disconnect charger
(5) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds
(6) Connect charger and wait until battery is fully charged ( check LED indicator )
(7) Start notebook and log in to windows and wait a few minutes
(8) Shutdown notebook
(9) Test your <battery> Using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)

Thanks for the guidance. According to the test, my battery is working properly now. Will circle back if the error message pops up again. I will wait and see if I continue to get the blue screen, stop code, kernel error and come back for help if the problem persists. Appreciate it!
