Hi,
I own an HP ENVY 15t j100 laptop for three years now. for an upcoming project I was needed to use NVIDIA GPU and since there's an NVIDIA GFORCE sticker on my laptop (Since whenever I bought it) I was calm.
I saw there's no drive installed so I downloaded one from the HP website but it says there's no suitable hardware. opened device manager and no device there either.
I saw there are plenty like me around the world with the same computer, same sticker, same issue
I know it has been 3 years now but I bought a computer with NVIDIA inside (at least I thought so).
What do you suggest?
Thanks

Hi:
Here is the link to the parts list for your model. It is exactly the same issue as the other post I linked you to...
You will see the same motherboard part numbers only listing the Intel UMA graphics.

Since I don't work for or represent HP, the only suggestion I can offer regarding this matter would be to contact the HP Executive Team at the link below.
