Can I upgrade my laptop with this kind of SSD i was hoping to make my system fast. if there is a compatible SSD, what SSD nvme m.2 product should I buy? I mean the compatible one.

That is not an NVMe slot. It is a mini PCIe slot that is used for M.2 SSD products.
M.2 SSD products can be SATA3, NGFF and NVMe controller types.
Sometimes PCIe slots are used for WIFI adapters as well, but they will be in a place where an M.2 SSD with a 2280 format will not fit.
