Product: HP 255 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I think the title is self-explanatory.
Why is it so? According to the specifications (I have HP 255 G7 with AMD Ryzen 5 2500U for which I wasn't able to find specs on official website but found them elsewhere: mmo_71301995_1597928385_744_29682.pdf (icecat.biz)) it should support Gen3x4 NVMe™ M.2 SSD. But when I installed Samsung SSD 980 1TB which also supports PCIe 3.0 x4 I wasn't able to get supposed performance probably because of this. What is the possible problem here and are there any solutions?
