I have downloaded and tried all the recommended drivers from this form none areHelp.JPG working. Can some please direct me to the correct download link.

Hi:

 

Usually that device shows up twice in the device manager.

 

One instance is installed by the Intel chipset installation utility and the other instance is installed by the Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver.

 

If you have already installed the Intel chipset installation utility let me know what processor your notebook has because on the support page, there are two versions of the DPTF driver.  One unspecified, and one specifically for notebooks with the Intel i7-8850H processor.
