Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I need to replace my laptop's battery and I'm pretty sure it was recalled a few years ago. I downloaded the hp battery program validation utility from here. Program says "Unable to detect battery. Please manually validate your battery on this website." But that site it gives me "404 page not found". Hp has zero ways to contact them so how do I validate my battery and get a replacement?
