Need Help Identifying the Correct Fan for HP OMEN 17-ck1xxx (Rattling Noise Issue)

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my HP OMEN 17-ck1xxx laptop. The left-side fan (when looking at the screen) is making a rattling noise. I took it to a repair store, but they couldn't fix it and suggested replacing the fan. I opened the laptop myself and found that the fan blades are hitting the housing when spinning.

I identified the fan as SUNON EG75091S1-C010-S9A, 12V, 9.6W, but I’m unsure whether this is the CPU or GPU fan. The fan was on the right side when viewing the laptop from the back, which suggests it might be the GPU fan, but I need confirmation.

I found the part number M57139-001 on HP PartSurfer, but searches online yield mixed results.

Here are my questions:

1. Would this work SUNON FAN , i found this on e-bay
2. If not can you point me in the right direction. 

The repair store quoted me $175, but I found similar fans online for around $30, so I'd like to handle this myself if possible.

which shows its product ID is :  MFR #63J07UA#ABA and parts list

which shows parts for fans :  M57139-001 which does not say left or right. My machine has 2 fans and the list only shows  one fan which is for the GPU. I think part # M57139-00 on the list of your machine is also for GPU. Other fan should come with the CPU by default.
