My daughter has the above laptop and has damaged the front lid/cover and also on the keyboard some of the characters have been erased, keyboard is working just 4 of the letters have been rubbed of, where can I get these replaced please? Its not possible to replace individual keys. It would require replacement of the whole keyboard which is actually an expensive and tricky task on that model. Seems like she needs to replace quite a few parts and while that can be done, there is no way to do it for cheap.

Yes I am looking for a brand new keyboard for the laptop, Where can I buy one from ? can another model from HP fit? I really need to speak to someone who might be able to get me the keyboard and the front lid, Many Thanks

HP will no longer have the parts in stock. They can be purchased in the aftermarket. Post back if you are interested in doing that, being aware this will not be inexpensive or easy to do.

Not clear on other parts needed. Do you need the top cover that goes around the keyboard or the top of the laptop that is the back of the screen?

Parts list is on pages 16 and 17 for keyboard and top cover and the screen housing is only sold as part of the entire screen. If I knew the color of the laptop I could maybe find you a part.

Struggling to find parts for this model but above is the keyboard (US English-could not find UK) from a U.S. vendor who will ship to UK. Need additional information to find the rest.
