Hello,

 

My laptop battery no longer holds a charge. It still works when plugged into an outlet.

 

I need a replacement battery, but I'm not sure which one is the best replacement.

 

Product Name: HP ENVY Laptop 17m-ae0xx

Product Number: 1KT17UA#ABA

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz, 2904 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

It use 3-cell, 55.8 Wh Li-ion battery part #  916814-855 which is not available from HP Partstore now
