Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need a PCI driver  for PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&SUBSYS_836B103C&REV_01

I think it should be  sp79524.exe. Where can I obtain a legitimate executable from?
