Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have been trying to get a ZMUIPNG 14 IN 1 USB C Hub -- VGA, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, 3.5mm Audio, USB 3.0, Thunderbolt, USB 2.0 working with my HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 (43FS2AV) but cannot get the monitors to work. Is there another hub/dock I should be looking at. The specs on the laptop and the hub seem to indicate it should  work.

Your laptop USB-C port has Power delivery and DP 1.4 so you are right it should work. To which ports on the dock are you connecting the monitors?

Found this in the description of the dock:

 

 Only the built-in usb c port of your laptop is the fully functional port, you can use the dual/triple monitor function, if you are not sure, please feel free to contact us, we are happy to help you to check if this docking station is compatible for your device.

 

Bad translation I think but it just may be the dock needs full Thunderbolt capability in your USB-C port to work with the dual monitors. Yours has a lot of function but is not Thunderbolt.
