This is my PC specs. When i plugged in Charger, battery icon says (Battery status: 0% remaining" and it doesnot go further 0%. I think battery is dead and i want to buy a new one. When battery will be compatible for this PC and can i order it in germany?

According to your service manual (on page 29), your battery's part number is L97300-005 (battery description: 3- cell, 41 Whr, Li-ion battery).

Maintenance and Service Guide

 

You can use the battery part number to do a search on online vendors (e. g. Amazon?) in your country for compatible replacement batteries.
