Product: HP ENVY 13-d010nr 13.3-Inch

I need a new battery for my 13.3 inch HP Envy 13-d010nr.  HP does not have the battery I need, nor do their partner suppliers.  The battery name is VR03XL with the HP part number as 816497-1C1, although the last person I talked to said the battery's name and part number have changed.  When I run the diagnostic to check the battery status, it always says it is fine, but it turns off after about thirty minutes now if it is not plugged in.

Try the battery mentioned below. It's the one associated with this model.

 

3-cell, 45-Wh, 3.83-Ah, Li-ion battery

HP Spare Part number 816238-850

 

You can then use the HP Spare part number(s) in the HP Parts store here. You may also be able to find it elsewhere on the Internet.
