Need a new battery

I need to replace my battery in my Pavilion 14-ab166us lap top, as I am not getting a charge. Does it have to be the exact one, or can it be another non-HP brand that covers my model? Can someone point me to a web site that would have one that works for my model?

If the battery is not available on Part Store you can contact HP Support and check if they have replacement Batteries

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
