Product: HP Chromebook 11-ae000 x360 Convertible PC
Operating System: Chrome OS

My power cable/charger stopped working. When I turned on the Chromebook, it would start to power up, but then it would display a red battery image. I tested charging the Chromebook with a friend's charger, and it worked. Based on my troubleshooting, I believe the power cable/charger is bad, and I need to replace it. However, I am unsure which model/part numbers are compatible with my Chromebook (model 11-ae010nr). I do not want to purchase the wrong one and overheat or damage my device. Please let me know. Thanks!

It appears that HP is still selling your AC Adapter only it has a replacement: L43407-001.  Please read the Important Note next to the description.
