Product: HP Spectre Folio Laptop - 13-ak1016nr

For some reason my camera is no longer showing up in device manager, it looks like windows keeps detecting it as Unknow USB Device Port Reset Failed. I am trying to find an actual driver and attempting to force a driver on this unknown device.

Have you made any changes to your software or changed your current OS to Windows 11?

 

I see that, as per the Spectre Folio Laptop - 13-ak1016nr, this model is not compatible with Windows 11 as there are no drivers available yet. You may click this link and check.

 

However, perform the steps from this document and see if that helps.
