HP Pavilion 15-cs1004na

Hi, I have an HP Pavilion where one of the fans is making a loud noise, sounds like the bearings have gone.

Laptop:
Model: 15-cs1004na
Prod ID: 4XJ85EA#ABU

Fan module:
QR code ID: DTA47G7ETP003A1910103559
Other number on the module: L40619-001

If I Google the fan module numbers I can't find the replacement part that matches all the screw mounting holes. I have pictures but there's no way to attached an image!

I'd me very grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks

Richard

@Richard_simba,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

FYI: your HP Pavilion 15-Cs1004na (4XJ85EA), according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06248419.pdf, lists different part numbers for the cooling fans.

However, if you need HP p/n: L40619-001, there are purchase options available via eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/284980186806?hash=item425a248eb6:g:KCwAAOSwBzZjMQXf&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAAoC..., or through AliExpress: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/2255801122030275.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2usa4itemAdapt&_randl_shipto=US.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
