Hello,

 

I am having issues with my laptops battery and I cannot seem to find any information anywhere that states which type/model of battery that I need to replace it with. PLEASE HELP!!

The specs of your machine is

 

           https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05811173

 

It uses  3-cell, 31 Wh Li-ion battery part #  919700-850 which is N/A from

 

                Parts list for  HP Notebook - 15-bs192od

 

You can use part # and search online stores in your sountry, including eBay
