The battery for my HP OMEN 15-ek0003na has died and I need assistance in searching for a legit replacement.
My laptop no longer powers up without being plugged into the charger, so the charger itself is not at fault.
Many thanks in advance!

You're very welcome.
The battery your notebook has is this one:
6 cell, 70 Wh L84392-006
HP does not sell the battery you need, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to do a search on Amazon or eBay by the HP L84392-006-part number and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references that part number.
I recommend you find a battery that comes with a one year warranty.
I don't work for or represent HP and I live in the middle of the USA (Illinois to be exact), so am not familiar with the battery company you posted, but it seems to be legitimate.
There is a similar battery company in the USA called laptopbatteries.com
You can use the service manual that I posted in my first reply for the battery removal and replacement procedure.

The service manual for your notebook indicates that two batteries were offered in the model series, and I don't know which battery your exact notebook came with.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
Battery
6 cell, 70 Wh L84392-006
3 cell, 52 Wh L84394-006
Enter your notebook's serial number in the search window at the link below and it should provide the battery part number and description of the actual battery HP installed in your notebook.

Hi Paul, thank you for getting back to me!
The closest thing that looks like a battery number when searching the serial number is:
Parent Part Number: 3A259EA
Assembly Part Number: L84356-1C1
Part Description: PL;COSMX386772,3.07Ah
Which does lead to a battery type, so might be the answer!
Do you happen to know if battery.org.uk is a legit source for purchasing from?
Many thanks
