Hi @ms12121212
The way this works is that you provide us with the product name and product number of your HP laptop, not information off the sticker of an internal component.
When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs. Help us to help you.
When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
If you can't log into Windows, look on the bottom of your notebook for that information.
If you have a desktop look at the rear of your PC

The SKU is 6BS87UA#ABA
The system model is HP ENVY X360 Convertible 15-cn1xxx.
The sticker says HP-15-CN1073WM
Thanks for the reply. I have been looking everywhere and found a couple that may be it, but I'm too unsure to make a decision.

The compatible battery description and part number is:
Battery (4-cell, 55 WHr, 3.6-Ah, Li-Ion) L43267-005

Online vendors ( make sure that it is delivered with a one year warranty) Amazon.com is a good source.

If the battery has the same HP part number, it having three or four cells isn't an issue.
I just checked. The HP partsurfer says it is three cell. The HP PartSurfer is the parts gospel for HP PCs.

Here is one matching the HP part number at Amazon.com.

Man, I didn't catch that link before I purchased one. Would you double check this one out for me? This is the one I ordered. Actually, there is a difference between the one I purchased and the one you provided. I might be able to cancel it.
The one I purchased says LK03XL on it and the one your provided says SA04KXL. Thanks for your help!

I am in the same boat as yourself. I can't read Chinese and I do not see the HP part number on it.
The listing states it is compatible with your laptop so there shouldn't be any issue at all.
Amazon holds its sellers feet to the fire if they want to continue to list their items in the world's largest marketplace.
If you have a problem with the battery, Amazon will force the seller to return your funds.

The HP PartSurfer is the best reference for all HP laptops and PCs by product number.
I provided you with that.
It is the parts reference that HP Service Engineers use.
