Hi:
Below is the link t the user guides section for your notebook...
You will find the bluetooth module and cable part numbers in chapter 3, page 3-8, item 17 of the maintenance and service guide.
Your best chance of finding those items would be to search by the part numbers on eBay.

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I would not be able to help you find a supply source for those parts.
As I wrote yesterday, the best source for things like that would be on eBay.
HP quit selling those parts years ago.
I did notice that according to this link, it originally came with bluetooth, so it should have the bluetooth module and cable inside already.

I also noticed that the cable you get depends on if your notebook has the onboard Intel graphics only, or a discrete graphics adapter such as AMD or nVidia.
Here is a listing of eBay sellers that have the bluetooth module for sale.

You are right the bluetooth module was inside but a hardware technician took my laptop as it was creating issue from its power supply and after getting it back i saw that bluetooth is not shoeing in the device manager aswell as in the system tray. when i dialled the technician he denied the fact the there was bluetooth model inside and afterwards he didnot pick up my phone even. I am confused with my part no of bluetooth module after going through page 37 of the doc you provided earlier..If you pls help me to find out which part no. will fit to my laptop and where i can buy it as i am from India.

It could just be that you need to install the HP Connection Manager software and use that software to turn on the bluetooth.
It would make no sense for the PC repair guy to steal the hardware from your PC.
This package provides the HP Connection Manager for the supported notebook models and operating systems.

After you install the above software, restart the PC and see if you can turn on the Bluetooth by using the software controls.
I have already given you the eBay link for the bluetooth module above. There is only one part number for that.
I need to know if your model has the Intel graphics adapter only, or if it has an AMD or Nvidia graphics adapter, so I can give you the right part number for the bluetooth cable.

I have intel i3 processor and also have ATI graphics in built but there was a VGA issue recently so i had to send my laptop to a repairing agency they just disabled the ATI graphics and has made the system board non ATI graphics. In this way they just saved my money to buy a new board. if you can share your whatsapp no. or email id then i ca send all the details along with pic of my system my laptop is hp pavilion dv4 2106tx product no. WH954PA.

OK, so if they didn't change the board, you still have the board with the amd graphics chip, so you would need this cable part number...488130-001
I think it is going to be very hard for you to find that part number. I found one seller on eBay and they wanted a ridiculous $56 dollars for it!
You did not let me know if installing the HP connection Manager software got the BT to show up.

I have done all that I can possibly do to help you.
I would consider this a lost cause, and suggest you purchase a $12 external USB bluetooth adapter.
