Consider using a laptop cooler with large fan(s) (120mm or larger). That should make the notebook's fans not work so hard and bring down the CPU/Graphics temperatures.

 

Smaller gaming notebooks do tend to be loud as they possess a lot of punch in a relatively small package. I can't recall seeing one that was quiet when actually gaming.

Thank you. I have a laptop cooling external pad similar to this that I use with this laptop. The grinding and buzzing noises I hear are more that loud enough for others to hear in other rooms of the house. Also, it is happening now and the only app running is chrome. I believe I need a replacement to resolve this problem.

I don't recall you mentioning anything about grinding and buzzing noises.  That is different than just being loud. If the notebook is still in warranty, you might consider opening a claim about that. That kind of noise I would consider to be a real problem.
