Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Below the right palm rest on my laptop is a large bulge. It prevents my screen from closing. After looking at other posts online, it seems as if this is a common occurrence due to the battery bulging. My laptop is out of warranty, so I will need to buy a replacement myself. I have tried multiple contact methods for HP to no avail and the battery finder tool on the HP website does not list the battery for this laptop (X2E89AV) for me to purchase without HP involvement. I would like help finding a replacement battery for this laptop.
