Here is the Service Manual:
HP Smart AC adapter (4.5 mm, non-PFC): 65-W
710412-001
45-W 741553-850
Power cord , C5, 1.0 m
For use in Europe 920688-005
You say you need the power cord and I do not know if you mean the whole adapter with the "brick" or just the cord that goes from the brick to the wall. I see you are in Azerbaijan and I googled it and it says your country uses a 220 volt power supply and uses the Type C and Type F wall plugs.
A standard European cord as I linked above should work in most places for you and I suspect you can find an adapter for the European type to any other kind found in your country.
Here is the "brick":
The above would come with a standard EU brick to wall cord.
