Microsoft Windows 11

Hello. I need replacement parts, but do not really know what they are called and where to find them.

1. Key related. The black key caps of my HP Envy are fine, but the white pieces that connect them to the actual frame are broken (I think, as I can put working key caps in their place, so I don't think the board is the problem). What are these white pieces called, and where can I find replacements for them? I'm also missing one which needs metal pieces in it (the "~" key).

2. Many have posted on it, but I still am unsure what to do. My left hinge (the one without "Envy" engraved on it) is broken, so I had to remove it to prevent my screen from getting damaged. The warranty for this device expired (bought on 06.01.21). There might be some screws missing, as I only noticed the issue after arriving home.
- - - This seems to be a common problem, but in my case I assume it might be heat related. Maybe I left it exposed in a warm environment, causing inner parts to melt? I am not a computer geek, so I am unsure.
I would need to know what the actual hinge is called, and where to get a replacement. I would also like to know how to properly remove the screen. I have successfully removed the keyboard backing (as I mentioned, to remove the hinge which slid right out of the screen after removing the screws from the board), but I have no idea how I am supposed to remove the screen in order to replace the part. I would prefer to avoid further damaging the device if possible, as I rely on it for college and work.

Somebody, please help me. Thank you for your time.

(I do not know how to open a ticket with HP, through means like email, so I am writing here. I cannot call, and it is past the time to contact online chat support. If there is a better contact support option, please direct me.)
