I typed this once but it disappeared so hope it’s not a duplicate.  We have a persistent hacker who has infiltrated every smart device in our lives.   TVs, Computers, Cars, Phones, even the printer.  He travels back and forth by radio signals and Bluetooth we believe.  He doesn’t necessarily use the wifi.  So we need to disable both wifi and Bluetooth on our computers to be safe and so I can get some work done as I need to be able to use my graphic design software and my cutter which I’m just going to have to use locally.  So can anyone tell me where to do this physically on these computers?  I unplugged the wifi on the Envy, but this did not take care of the Bluetooth.  And I mean on the board.  Switching the toggle switch off is not enough as he overrides that.  We need to physically disable the use of these features for the time being.  Any help is appreciated.  We are on our own as law enforcement has refused to respond saying it’s over their heads, FBI not responded to IC3 form but he’s probably rerouting all traffic.  Microsoft, Norton, Samsung, Android, Apple.....nobody wants to help though all acknowledge its an issue.  They ALL say they don’t have the resources available for such an issue.  So it’s just us.  Thanks!

Okay, new idea.  I disabled Wifi, and he was still able to get onto the HP Envy computer into his little virtual machine he has running on here in hidden mode.  I was thinking.  This guy’s forte is cellular.  Does this computer have cellular capabilities?  Maybe that’s the ticket and not Bluetooth.  That may make more sense since the range would be longer and it seems he’s able to connect to pretty much anything throughout the shop and house. .... any suggestions?  I’m just really needing this hacker out of our lives at this point.
