Dear HP Support, I have a friend that has a HP Pavilion X360 CONVERTIBLE LAPTOP Model# 14-ba253cl with ProdID# 4YN63UA#ABA and his laptop battery is swelling and pushing up on his Laptop chassis and Touch pad area and and he wants to buy an OEM HP Replacement battery and looks like they are not made anymore, so I am reaching out to see what is the best route to get a Factory HP battery or a recommended aftermarket so I can replace it for him.. Any assistance or guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

You can use the part number to do an online search for aftermarket batteries.
This battery has HP logo on it and carries a one-year warranty. You may find better deals on eBay and Amazon.
