Need to calibrate battery but diagnostics is out of date

Need to calibrate battery. Computer says the diagnostics need to be upgraded. Per notice went to 

hp.com/gotechcenter/pdiags  Tried to go there and says Page not found.

How do I update the diagnostics program?
