Is it really hard to cancel an order after the first hour? I have spoken to a representative and put in a cancellation request which is not guaranteed to work. I made a big mistake on my order and will definitely have to return it if it ships. Not to mention the ship date is so close to my moving date I really have no buffer for delays. Has anyone successfully canceled an order after the first hour? Any advice on getting my order canceled for sure so I can place the correct order and get my laptop before I move? I’m so stressed over this error. If I need to return it, is there a way to reduce the restocking fee because it will be unopened when I return it.
