Product: HP Laptop 17-ca0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This seems bizarre, but I can't find a model number identified on any HP site for the battery which is rapidly dying after two years.  Can anyone please make a suggestion?  I have yet to try to take the battery out of the laptop.  Many thanks.
