Hi, I am getting messages to replace my battery. Can you please guide with the steps for purchasing the replacement battery. My laptop model is HP Envy x360-15bp 100 CTO.

(2) Download and install BIOS Update

(4) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !

HP Support Assistant (Microsoft Apps Store)

or

HP Support Assistant 9.19.52.0

(6) Start <HP Support Assistant>

- Run <Battery Check>

- Click on <Show advanced information>

Design Capacity: 56 WHr

Full Charge Capacity: 20 WHr (36%) !

The battery already has a too many charging cycles and has lost a lot of capacity overall, so it needs to be replaced.
