Elsewhere in this forum i have posted that my keyboard and mouse are not available ever when i boot my laptop on ac power or battery power. It IS NOT a software/driver issue and even HP engineers in authorized service centres in Mumbai are unable to figure out the problem.
What i now need to understand and require help with is
CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO IDENTIFY THE MOTHERBOARD MODEL USED IN MY LAPTOP OR HELP ME TO GET THE SAME
HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd0087tu
Product no - 4NL42PA#ACJ
IF THERE IS A SPARE PART NUMBER FOR THIS MOTHERBORAD (SEPERATE FROM THE MODEL NUMBER) IS IT ALSO POSSIBLE TO HELP ME GET THAT ?
PLEASE POINT ME TOWARDS HOW i can obtain this spare part in Mumbai, India officially through HP, if required?

Its system board (or PC board) is on the following list
https://partsurfer.hp.com/?searchtext=4NL42PA
which shows part # L18167-601 which contains
- Motherboard,
- CPU and iGPU
- Windows License
Because all a, b and c above are on a piece of hardware called System Board
