I'm trying to find out how much RAM I can upgrade my laptop to.  It has only one slot with 4 Gb currently. It is an intel processor. I can't find out how much RAM I can buy for this, as 4 Gb is not enough (I've already gotten "low memory" notices).  Thanks in advance.

Notebooks with the Intel N150 processors can support 1 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory.

HP only has the service manual for the original 14-ep0xxx model series but even in that model series where some models came with the Intel N100 processors, chapter 1 indicates the max memory is 1 x 16GB.

Maintenance and Service Guide

The Intel processor specs indicate the same:

Intel® Processor N150
