Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1J6N4AV)
I have a hp envy HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1xxx Product number: 50U00UA#ABA Windows 11 with Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics. It has a USB-C thunderbolt port. My hdmi to usb-c adapter is not working, and though the monitor recognizes it, there is no display transmitted. This is the adapter I used.

Strangely it worked and then post an update while it was plugged in it just stopped working.
When I use a colleague's Belkin adapter, a notification pops up saying display connection might be limited, but is effectively the same problem.
I have updated drivers in Device Manager, to no avail.
