Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Noticed the battery has been giving issues the past few weeks, ran the built-in HP component diagnostics and got a result of Weak, with a failure ID that I did not make note of. I'm trying to figure out the specs of the battery so I can replace it but I can't seem to find the details on the product page. Serial 5CD2390S8J, product 509V1AV.

You have a choice of a 4-cell or 6-cell battery.

 

M39179-005
SKO-BATT 4C70Wh 4.55Ah LI WK04070XL-PL

SKO-BATT 6C83Wh 3.59Ah LI WK06083XL-PL

 

HP does not sell either battery, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to do a search on Amazon, eBay or laptopbatteryexpress.com and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references the HP part number.
