Welcome to our HP community forum!
Well, then, if nobody objects, I'll have a go at this.
According to the HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1012nx specs, your laptop is fitted with an i5-10210U processor.
If this is so, the part number for a replacement motherboard would be: L67767-601.
Where can you buy a replacement motherboard in your country? One option would be AliExpress, such as this purchase example: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804453772485.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.main.7.a4a91b6c1b6cia&alg...:
Another motherboard option: L67766-601 which is fitted with an i3-10110U, which you can also purchase via the aforementioned AliExpress Seller.
Lest I forgot: if you want the very best motherboard option for your 14-dh laptop -fitted with an i7-10510U, which has part number: L67768-601, also available via the same Seller.
Please be reminded that even though each motherboard is supposed to have its own Windows license, there's always the possibility (especially if you use a different part number motherboard), you may have to purchase a new Windows license.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
