I am rewiring my 19v positive polarity three prong blue white and black input to charger wire to a two prong two wire black and white wires. Which of the three inside charger can I snip. The output to laptop is a two wire white black wires.

Which of the three input wires from my positive polarity charger can I snip to make it a two wire input. The output to computer wires are black and white. The three wires inside charger are blue white and black.
