Below are the my System details, and let me know what are the things specially RAM can I upgrade to increase my sytems preformance and also provide maximum supported by system
HP 2000-2d37TU Portable Laptop (Intel Pentium B960-2GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 39.62 cm (15.6)- DOS- ) (Glossy Imprint Black Licorice)

Well, the good news is it can be upgraded to 8 gigs of memory.
See p. 51 of the Manual.
Memory modules needed:
4-GB (PC3, 12800, 1600-MHz) 641369-001
2 of these:
As for the processor, the motherboard on your model is only compatible with Celeron and Pentium CPUs so your top upgrade would be a 2030M.
This would take you from 2.2 ghz to 2.5 ghz...but the 2030M is hard to find. This is a 2020M @2.4 ghz which is your next best thing and cheap:
The only other viable upgrade is to install a solid state drive in place of the hard drive. You can install any 2.5 inch wide and 7 mm thick SATA SSD.
You can get a smaller older generation SSD for like $60:
All of the above would cost maybe $125-150 which is in my estimation a bit much to invest in that laptop and better put toward a new one but it is your decision to make.
