I have an HP ENVY x360 model #m6-w103dx that has a cracked screen. I am not super familiar with replacing laptop screens and I have a question regarding what to replace. The screen works perfect and doesn’t have any lines or dark spots. The only thing that doesn’t work is the touch screen. It makes me wonder if the whole screen needs replaced for just the bezel (not sure if a bezel can crack but the screen can come out fine.) I plan to DIY this but I didn’t want to buy the screen if I didn’t have to. Any suggestions or tips would be wonderful!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display is cracked, and the touchscreen is not working on the computer however, the screen is working fine.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
You need to replace the entire display as there is a crack on the screen. Replacing only the digitizer may or may not help.
You can purchase all the replacement parts available for your computer from the HP part surfer.
Follow the steps in the below article for detailed instructions.
