Hi:
Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates the max memory is 2 x 8 GB.

Unofficially, the notebook should be able to support 2 x 16 GB of memory.
You can confirm how much memory your notebook can support by running this command:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. After the command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.

currently have one 8GB RAM 2400MHZ wants to add 16 gb more but that will be of 2666mhz.... maximum my laptop can support 32 GB checked as u mentioned in above reply.
My baseboard product is 84A7.
Please help me to know that 2666mhz will support or not?
