Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop Product Number:1RJ91EA#ABU

 

My laptop currently has the Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter

 

this only supports 2.4ghz and my laptop only has 1 antenna 

 

i was recommended this network card as an upgarde:

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac 1X1 Wifi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005

 

Can i pay HP to perform this upgarde and send them my laptop?

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
